TERMS of SALE
The Buyer agrees that all Goods purchased under these Terms are intended for personal non-commercial use only and will not be re-sold. Luv A Le will not be liable to the Buyer for loss the Buyer or any third party suffers for a delay or failure to process the Order or deliver ordered goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided by the Buyer. The Buyer may order from Luv A Le if the Buyer is 18 years or over and has an active email account at which the Buyer can be contacted.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices are inclusive of GST and in Australian Dollars. The price does not include the cost of delivery. Payment methods are specified on the Website. They may include Credit Card and PayPal. The name on any Credit Card used for payment must match the name of the buyer on the Order.
Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor. Luv A Le shall not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.
Due to the fact that all products are handmade the sizing will vary slightly. Luv A Le will endeavour to provide as accurate measurements as possible. Please be advised that the size descriptions are based on an average measurement.
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and are delivered to you within 14 business days subject to stock availability. Luv A Le will not be held responsible for any postage delays that may occur.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the product to us in it's original "new and unused" condition within 4 days of the goods being dispatched. New and unused means, all original tags attached and items unworn and unsoiled.
We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements. Please note that all sale items are fully non exchangeable or refundable unless the item is faulty.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally refund for change of mind & wrong selection. A refund, exchange or credit will be given if deemed faulty, wrongly described, within 7 days of purchase.
All postage costs for refunded items is at the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we strongly suggest using a postage bag or box that has a tracking ID as we hold no responsibility for items that go missing through the post.
We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit, we cannot accept responsibility.
Products will be assessed by suppliers and manufacturers before being deemed faulty or labelled as a manufacturers fault. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by Luv A Le.
